To those guys catching big fish.

Where in Malta do you go spearfishing? Delimara is a good place and sometimes has some big fish.

However some places are not that good and only filled with small fishes which are either roo small or too fast to hunt.

Do you mean just in Malta, or elsewhere in the world?

Most large fish are speared while freediving these days.

If want an idea of what fish there are in Malta, how big they get etc:

http://fishbase.org/search.cfm

Use the Fish by Country search a little down the main page. It will list ALL fish recorded from Malta for you. Happy browsing! :)

Yep however this season in Delimara (Malta) there are few big fish availibile. I have seen some big ones but on rare sights. In other places in Malta like Fomm Ir-Rih it would be excellent!
