Is anyone use tongue block for relaxation breathing before the final breath?
Do I have to use tongue block in exhalation phase only or both in inhalation and exhalation?
When I use tongue block in inhalation phase to slow down the airflow, I feel I use more effort than normal inhalation so I can't relax totally.
When practice using CO2 table do I have to use tongue block?
