Hi guys and Gals, been directed to this site as I'd love to try my hand at spearfishing, living in the uk I know I'll be limited to Spring/Summer to participate in my new hobby.

As I've said ama total Newbie to the world of spearfishing but am excited at giving it a go.

A lot to learn I know, excuse the questions I'll no doubt be asking.

Many Thanks.

Al

which region of the UK? there are some site specific threads on the forum.

Hi Al, welcome to DB!
There's plenty of info to get you going, but ask questions if its not making sense!
make sure you get sorted with a decent wetsuit - if you're warm then the rest can sort itself out with time...

Welcome to the forum, some folk spearfish all year around in the UK!
