Tragic loss for freediving

Dear guys,

yesterday Rossana Maiorca (daughter of Enzo, former record holder) passed away in the Hospital of Mestre (Venice). She had a terminal hillness.

Rossana has been the first athlete of the world to realize a record with the monofin -58 mt Siracusa (ITA) 1992. After many years they only are succeeds in others to you to copy.

Yes a sad day. I never got to see her dive but I've read of her.
My condolences to her family. God bless Rossana, maybe we'll dive in heavan someday.
