Hi All,

during the past couple of years we at Freediving Club Greece have been getting more and more requests for organised training week events from freediving friends from all around the world. For 2010 we have (finally) decided to start setting up events like that around the year.

So using the experienced crew that have been running the Mediterranean Freediving Meeting and several AIDA competitions over the last 3 years we have set up a series of training events starting from April 2010 and continuing until September on a monthly basis.

We are also open to any requests for people that want to arrange training or courses outside the advertised schedule.

So have a look at our calendar at

Freediving Club Calendar

or have a look at the whole website at

Freediving Club

Hope to see you in Greece

Stavros, I checked it and see that MSIE does not show the navigation menu. You can fix it easily by removing the following tags around the block of code showing up the menu bitmap image (open the HTML source code, and search for the string "image2083.gif" and then remove the following closest tag pair around this block).

HTML:
<![if !vml]>...<![endif]>

And you should also remove all other similar blocks, and also the blocks enclosed in this tag pair:

HTML:
<!--[if gte vml 1]>...<![endif]>

The blocks are huge, redundant, serve for absolutely nothing in most browsers, and only slow down the download of the pages, and their parsing. Of course, the best would be avoiding to use MS Office for generating web pages, but I realize that for many people it is the easiest choice at the hand. Unfortunately, Word, Outlook, and other MS Office components create just unusable rubish of HTML code that is not even copatible with their own browsers. There are plenty of good and free HTML design tools that you can use instead.
