I've had a look through the How to start Freediving thread, but am currently looking for more training examples for improving on Dynamic Apnea without fins to improve on my fitness and hopefully aid me in a career with the armed forces. I currently just do a bit of hypoxic surface swimming (never alone) and underwater lengths (can manage 1 1/2) lengths of a 25m pool. I've currently set myself a goal of holding my breath underwater for 3 minutes to reach by June 30th (along with my other fitness goals). I lifeguard a few times a week, so I've got access to a pool which is usually empty for me to train in.
