Training for spearfishing

Hi guys, waiting for a better season to spearfish (and to discover the UK sea cause I've just arrived here in London from Italy) I was looking for some apnea course or training here in London to arrive prepared for the summer. I own the second level CMAS apnea certification. I would be gratefull to you if you could help me giving me some tips or information.

There is a club in Richmond, give either BenyB or Naiad a PM, they are both regulars there.

If you are going to be living and spearing from London consider joining the London International Club. We are always looking for other spearos to share travel, info etc with.
