Recently i have been thinking more about improving and formalising my training programme. More specifically my training 'during' the dive season.
Off season i swim and surf a lot, focussing heavily on aerobic training, with maybe one pool based apnea training session per week.
Currently my 'on' season training programme is quite non-routine, with approx 1-2 aerobic swim sessions per week, 2-3 dynamic and constant weight sessions per week, and a general scattering of dry breath holds throughout.
Does anyone have a good solid 'on' season training routine, something which neatly incorporates some aerobic work with general apnea training?
