Okay guys here is a question for anybody that has a well thought out training routine.
Training time is usaully limited to around 1hr a day.
If anybody is generous enough to outline a 5day training routine for in pool training it would be greatly appreciated. currently i'm in the pool 4 days a week doing 50m laps in Apnea and some statics before hand but its not very organised nor am i seeing any real improvements.
Looking for training to improve my allround freediving ability in Static, Dynamic (with and with out fins)
so if someone has a schedule that would be great:
e.g.
Monday: Static tables for 10min
No fins 50m laps w/2min interval etc
Tuesday: technique training for dynamic mono etc.
if anybody has a good training routine i think it would be great to see.
