Training tables..

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

Is it ok to do both o2 and co2 training tables in one day, even one right after another? Or is it better to alternate days?

Preferably on different days because you don't want to stress yourself.
Try using the search function more often, there are many of threads about tables and the usage of.
 
As Lungfish has always said, do the O2 table on day 1 and the CO2 table on day 3. I've been doing it now for over a month, I think, and it helps.
