I am starting to get seriously addicted to this sport...but unfortunately I don´t have time to go diving every day. Is there anyone who can tip me about training techniques I can use on land? I have heard about the stairs training and are planning to find me a really long and steep one
I have been holding my breath alot while I´m studying etc., but I am very unsure of the effectiveness of this:head. If anyone has a training program they follow which really works and will share, I would be extremely happy!
