Hay, i'v got my 4* course and my last dive was 44m cw and 38m cwnf, but that was a year ago. my plan is to head to warmer water - ever south east asia or Dahab and do a couple of months freediving and traveling before doing a instructer course.
Anyone who loves freediving and would like to come for a adventure give me a msg. thanks
