I was at Troy Springs this past weekend. The water was very low in the river which made the spring very clear, it was only about 60 feet deep .I didnt have a dive buddy with me just my wife which she can only dive to about ten feet, so i promised her i would take it easy.But i haven't been getting to train as much this summer because i have been working so much. This was the first depth diving i have done this summer and i forget who much i love it, now i have the bug again. i think i going to the pool at the Y.M.C.A. today and do some dynamic training.
