Need help finding specs on how to notch the Receiving end of the Spear. Cant find specs anywhere and im tired of filing, checking, filing checking. Not happening

Sorry if this is not what you are looking for but my sea horney made by Preece uses the evo shafts made my spear gods. I believe its the same as the A.B. Biller.
