You won’t recognise me mate, I’m more like a 4 stone racing snake these days, what with all the marathons I’ve been running and the swimming of the Channel 3 times in 2 days, not to mention the dance off with the Russian National Ballet Team.

At this time of year big is good! If I had a few more pounds to keep me warm I would be thinking about getting in the sea rather than waiting for it to warm up :head
(My sister says that standing sideways in wetsuit and long fins I look like a letter "L")
