Underwater Hockey

I am going to attend my first game of underwater hockey on Thursday night!!
I'm pretty excited and am looking forward to playing very much.
Does anybody here play??

I played field hockey for about 14 years, and now have two rather sad knees, with ops on both. So this should be a good option.
 
Yep. Remember: it's about intensity, recovery and teamwork. If you can, play forward and stay within touching distance of the other forward. Easy!
