Hey everyone. I need some help with a very weird problem. I need to paint an underwater object (cement). Now, it is in no way able to be brought up to the surface, so that is out of the question. The water cannot be drained. Other than somehow creating an airspace and painting inside of it, how on earth do I use paint underwater? I am thinking (unless there is something I have never heard of to use) this is impossible and will have to make decals/stickers to use instead of paint?

Any help at all would be awesome.
