You're in the Cambridge area right? Try looking at the Saltfree forum in the main forum page, also have a look at the courses link at the very top of this page :D

I have been to Crystal Palace freediving club, it's a nice deep pool.

I have met up with the Crystal Freedivers a few times. The diving pool is good. It's a bit far for me, so I only go there occasionally.
