Has anyone practiced vajrayana(tantric buddhism) or tummo(generating body heat) and could they explain their experiences and tell me how someone should begin to learn. Thanks for any replies.

It's an interesting question. But why are you interested in the raising of body heat? Isn't there a way to learn how to lower your pulse or something in that order. I remember seeing this russian doctor who could lower his pulse and stop his heart at will. So it is possible.

I really think the yoga and yogi's are the answer to making some extreme abilitys in freediving. Sadly I haven't even tried a single yoga move yet.
