a long time ago i posted about doing breathing in the steam room, under blankets, and stuff. some of my other
techniques were dangerous and no one watching me. now my friends and God make sure i'm ok whatever i do, even if it is dangerous. one person asked me if i do pranayama. i do. it is fun to breathe to music beats, also. i like the halo song by beyonce and moby's various songs. anyone heard into the blue? newsboys rsl 1984(let all tears turn to gold). i am a christian now but believe that yoga is okay and even good. i know there is someone on here who says otherwise but i can just scroll down when he starts. i'm sorry for sounding crazy and stuff but i used to be messed up. God has healed me. so lets talk about good freediving stuff.

playing trumpet or flute is great exercises, although slightly different. Flute is more like hyperventilation all the time so you are slightly eiphoric on the verge of blacking out for lenghty periods of time. Trumpet is long and very slow exhales, 30 seconds or so with explosive inhales half a second long. I am talking from experience of playing those two. Great exercises but watch out for angry neighbors and your relationship may suffer a great deal. Especially if you are as messed up as you sound, giving you a trumpet may turn into an environmental disaster (this was a joke by the way).

Another one is punching bag with mouthpiece. This one is brutal, your ventilation rate is inadequate and you will be slowly developing oxygen deficiency similar to your dives when you are close to contractions.

Whetjer these ones are any good for freediving I don't know, but I am judging by my ease of achieving 5 minute dry static from the first time doing o2 tables.
