Hi, spearos!
I recently flooded my Gopro HD Hero, and now I am in the middle of a Sony TX20 with a trygons housing vs. Gopro debate :)
GoproSilver = compact, pretty cool Wide lens effects.
TX20 = big and solid, greater functionality, better "water" integration as it has a Blue filter setting.

My biggest concern is (was) a battery life. But TX20 could film for 40 min. so its okay. I just think that there is a greater extent of things possible with TX20 as opposed to a GoPro.
I am pretty familiar with GPros, however I havent met many Sony/Trygons users. Any insights?
