Does anyone have any links to any good videos of some constant weight dives done with bifins. I finally have access to a fast connection, and im trying to find some videos so i can study finning technique. Thanks.

Thanks, but turns out the motel didnt have free internet access like they had said, and i couldnt get the payment system to work, so i didnt get to watch the videos while i was gone. Anyway, everything went well, and i should have some nice pics to post soon.

new videos on www.freedivers.info !!!

from the "nordic deep" (sweden lysekil - http://www.fridykning.se/nordicdeep/)

1)yamina enedahl mekki(sweden): dynamic without fins 100m (new swedish record)
2)henning larsen(denmark): dynamic with fins 200m (special monofintechnic)
3)weine gustavsson (sweden): dynamic with fins 169m (new swedish record and a special monofin-technic too)
4)stig severnsen(denmark): dynamic without fins 150m
5)and the "damned" surface protocol made by elisabeth kristoffersen (norwey) after her fantastic 150m dynamic with fins...

Nice dive (or dives)!

Very special technique indeed for Weine :) Congratulations!

In fact, you have 3 distinctively different Styles (Henning, Weine, Elisabeth), all making very long dives and none what I'd consider "traditional monofin style". Elisabeth being the closest, but Henning's "extreme kick 'n glide" is also very unique.

Hennig's starting to have a pretty impressive string of consistent 200+ dives in competition...
