my technic break up 2 minutes and then relax walking. on the running between inhaled and exhaled a holding breath for 5 seconds. I
would like to know what type of training you do ?

I'm often working in the city and find it harder to train in water when i'm not near the coast. To keep up my training I do walking apnea on my way to and from work. I find it really rewarding and a great way to train without wasting a second of a busy day!

I mostly just hold my breath whilst walking and go for distance, no running or warm ups. I always start the breath-hold at the same place every day so I can monitor my performance by which lamppost or shop-front I can hold my breath to.

The fun part is acting like I'm not holding breath to all the passes by on the street.

Very good idea. I will try it myself. I'm wondering how to control apnea walking without people noticing? Also, compare with static and dynamic, what should be my expectation for apnea walking in terms of time and distance?

Definitely the most effective dry apnea training. Easy to do if you live further away from the water (don't know why you would)
Practise practise practise, and walking apnea most definitely does that
