Wanted 3 Dive enthusiasts for Sales/Marketing jobs -UK, NL and Germany.

We are an existing successful Liveaboard/Safari boat operating in the Red Sea and already provide fantastic diving holidays to customers from the UK, NL and Germany and have staff that speak these languages. We are looking to expand our business in these countries and are seeking marketing/sales representatives one for each territory to promote and book safaris on our boat. Self employed and commission based we would expect you to earn 500Euros minimum for each boat booking. Most are earning significantly more since we will give you 10% of the booking value.​

If you wanted to join your guests on board for the trip this too can be arranged, obviously we want you to experience the holidays you will be promoting.​

We offer a full range of PADI and NAUI courses from the boat from crew with 20 years experience in the business.​

I've had quite a few questions about these jobs and I thought the answers may be of use to others:

Is this full time?
Its as full time as you want to make it - you could do this full time but to be honest I doubt that it is necessary. You could do this in conjunction with another job.

Do I have to be in UK or NL or Germany?
No - what we need is for someone to promote and co ordinate activities in those countries - where you do it from is up to you.
For example a member of the team who used to cover one of these countries was based here in Hurghada and that worked fine. The language skills and your enthusiasm are more important.


Do I have to be a scuba diver?
No - obviously we are promoting scuba holidays but many people join us who just snorkel for example partners of divers will often come out too. It will help if you have some understanding of diving, the red sea, liveaboard holidays, courses but to be honest we can train you.

Is it just scuba holidays?
No - we have run holidays dolphin swimming trips which were predominantly for non scuba divers although quite a few by the end of the week wanted to scuba too!

Hi,
I am a student in England, due to start the final year of my course in Sept. I am a diving enthusiast, with my rescue diver qualification with PADI. This job sounds interesting, but I am unsure if I qualify due to being a student? Where would one need to be based?
 
No need to be based anywhere in particular. What I need is someone promoting liveaboard diving holidays and co ordinating the details of guests.

Its contacting diving clubs and groups who might want to book a safari and making sure they know the advantages of choosing our company over the alternative suppliers.

For this you we pay a healthy commission.
