Wanted: Speargun, 90-120cm, good range

I'm new to this sport and have already purchased two guns in <1mo. Both turned out to be bad decisions for me. The range on each is far too limited for the conditions here: very clear water, reef hunting.

I need velocity and range to get to the 5-10 lb parrot fish and snapper I'm seeing all around me (but always just out of range). Something along the lines of a Rob Allen railgun or the like. Price is a factor, esp since I'm in a hole due to my previous bad buys.
