WANTED: Your state's spearfishing salt water statutes & regs

I need to compile all the spearfishing statutes and regulations of each of the states in the US that border an ocean. If you have the links to your state's statutes and/or regulations, I would very much appreciate receiving them.

Or even better, has someone else already done this?
