Warm hello from cold Norway

Hello fellow divers!

Glad I found this amazing forum, so many usefull information and a wonderfull community! I am recreational scuba diver, have OWD and nitrox certifications and now I am moving forward to freediving.

Every week I am training freediving in a pool of 5 meters depth. My dynamic without fins is only 30 meters and static is 3 min 36 sec. Hope one day to be good at freediving!

Welcome to Deeperblue! I'm sure you will improve with practice and training. Consider taking a freediving class. Lots of people report great progress after their classes, and the safety component is important as well.
