A couple of weeks ago I started doing the PFD static tables and I'm having a little trouble with the CO2 tables. The first hold is very hard, I get contractions early and they hit hard, sometimes I can't finish the first hold completely. The other breath holds get gradually easier, even those than I only have 15 seconds of ventillation in between.

Should I do a couple of warm-up breath holds before starting the table or really fight to get through the first hold?

So far I have only been doing a little stretching.

Daniel

Hey Daniel:
you should do a warm-up first, as well as the stretching that you mention. All this prepares your body for the whole trainning.

Where are you trainning? We will begin in january here in Ottawa.

Cheers,

Roberto

I do a warm-up, it makes the tables much easier.

Well, looks like I'm going to do a warm-up, thanks.

Roberto: I've sent you a private message.
