Welcome Gaia: I understand how you feel, because I also was born and grew up in an almost paradisiacal place, but after so many years you yearn to see the rest of the world. Of course there are many, probably millions of people that would like to go visit Honolulu, but not that many would like to stay there forever. Morg has given you good advice already, but you can always check here for divers in specific places, once you know where are you going to be next. Good luck.
