Hey guys!
So after massive amounts of research and browsing and comparing, I have decided to get a Nemo Wing Monofin from Waterway. I am going with medium stiffness(I have a medium build that will get bigger, still growing), and their largest size footpocket(yes, I have ridiculously large feet).
Right as I was on the brink of ordering, I decided to check out their warranty policy. After no success of finding it on their website I sent them a message and received a very punctual reply(I had done this once before and received a reply within the hour. Spectacular customer service ☺) of them saying that it would cost 3 times as much to send it(I live in America) back meaning no returns.
That being said, I want to be absolutely sure I am getting a good product before dishing out $250+. Any previous buyers that can vouch for these people in order to ease my conscious? What if I got the wrong footpocket size or the product was defective?
Sorry for the long post. Dragged out☺thanks for any replies

Hmmm, ordering from that e-shop sounds like a good idea. Especially since there aren't really any local shops for me to buy from. Do you have a good experience with them?
I must ask, though, why do you suggest against the Nemo Wing? I've looked at Glides and they are too pricy. And the model-1's open foot pockets don't fancy to me . Plus, I've read lots of good stuff about the Nemo Wing. Only downside I hear about is the slight lack of angle.

I ordered my Light Glide fin directly from Waterway, Ukraine. The communication was poor and I had to pay custom fee and extra tax. But the fin fits perfectly.
The Nemo Wing looks like a hybrid (monofin blade with a stock bi-fin foodpocket) made for "maximum comfort while freediving for hours" and can "be worn with neoprene socks for extra comfort and warmth." It can´t be an ideal monofin.

So you haven't ordered from freedivershop. :( well, I hope someone who has checks out this thread so that I don't have to start another.
I believe you are correct. The Nemo Wing does actually use the same footpockets as multiple other fins from Waterway. But do you own one or used one? Because of what I have read, the fin is in fact good quality with very comfortable footpockets that can be worn for long periods of time, which is something I am looking for. Also have read that it has decent performance.
