I never tried swimming and diving with a Monofin but i want to test it now.
After reading the Threads here i think i go with a WaterWay Nemo Wing.
I want the Fin for Med.Sea in Sommer and Lakes here in Germany.
Now the Size Problem,i got a Cressi Sub Gara 3000 LD in Size 10-11 /44-45
and the Footpocket fits perfect without Socks and with 3mm Neosocks.
Is there a big Difference in Size of the WaterWay Nemo Wing and the Cressi Gara 3000 LD?
What do you think, what Size is the best for me?

Another Problem is the stiffness,im 183cm and 98 Kg /216 lbs should i go for the medium or the soft?

I think you will probably be happy with either medium or soft - but I would talk with Waterway about sizes and stiffness - they are very helpful.
The nemo is nearly indestructable. It was my first monofin and I liked it quite a lot.
