some type of list of people who acutally will talk to newbies about things for freediving and such. sorry, but that chat room thingy sucks, lol. if anyone would like to be a contact for help or like someone who just likes talking about freediving things i guess post your screen name and your messanger here. more for like those quick questions you get when you start out with...

Eg: when i swim in a 10ft pool how would i decresse the pessure on my eyes from my goggles? sure someone could search through fourms, or even ask it again, but i think it's better if you get a personal answer... like well maybe you have them tied too tight..have you ever though about getting a mask..ect..

i guess the main reason i posted this is beacuse i like to talk about my life passions...i don't know anyone around my area that's my age or if there are older people i wouldn't really trust then but messangers are great ways to chat to people all over the world.

i think that this layout will work out just fine!

Why: just to talk about freediving things.. i'm still learning.

you can direct your specific questions in the freediving section. Most of the time you will get an answer..

The Chat Room... we have tried to set up times to meet before.. why don't you set one up yourself at a time when most people are online (considering time differences) - perhaps some of the guys will join you.

ICQ:

1: spend some time doing searches and asking questions without expecting to be able to do a 5 minute breathold in your first month of posts and static attempts.
2: the Chat room will inevitably be a social place, as all the facts about freediving are discussed in the forum, plus most of the people in the Chat room will be twice your age.
3: if you are actually wearing goggles for diving (even in a pool), stop and buy a mask. If you have or will have a mask, breath a small amount of air into the mask as you go deeper- this will equalise the mask so the pressure inside equals the pressure of the water.
4: there are many people here who are very passionate about this sport, and have been for many years.
5: relax, to improve your diving and every other aspect of your life.
Peace,
Erik Y.
