i occasionally do dynamics down at the local pool but winter is coming up soon and last year i didnt do any diving during winter and had to train again this year, this winter i want to keep training becuase i am at my best at the moment.
the only problem is the pool is very cold in winter:head
i was thinking about cuttin my long johns down to the waist so they would be like pants but didnt know if this would make my legs too boayant making it harder to keep level? would ankle weights help?
i dont really need the long johns anymore becuase they are getting small and im getting a new suit soon so thats not a problem
