I've seen a few references here to tables with a week number... eg. "Week 5 O2 table" or "Week 8 CO2 table"

Are these tables that increase in difficulty each week, or what? And where can I get them? I've tried searching here for them, but the only link to tables that has been posted is the program at www.freediver.co.uk, and for that you have to choose your own times....

Thanks.

There are at least four sets of tables and the weekly numbers that were being referred to are the old Performance Free Diving tables, I think. Pellizarri's tables spell out how to start, if that's your question. I don't know what level you're at but for the first few years any of the tables will work fine. If you need help setting up a routine, let me know.
