It seems that the live chat feature is severely under-utilized. I think a great way to get people in and using the room is to promote some kind of weekly live chat time or a weekly discussion. I don't know how hard it would be to gather material for a structured discussion but I feel like even a more informal discussion time would be very popular... Perhaps evolving to something along the lines of periodical live guest Q&A sessions.
