Weight difference from salt water to fresh water

I'm getting ready to go from California to Illinois for vacation, and I'll be doing a little diving while I'm there. I'll be wearing the same 5mm Yazbeck suit, no real change in gear except for no speargun, and I was wondering if anyone might have an idea of how much of a change I'll have to make in my weights. I'm 6', 210, and am wearing 18 and I go negative at about 25' in salt water.

Thoughts?

4-6 pounds. Depends on how fresh the water is and other things.

I usually have as Bill stated, about a 5lb difference. I'm 6'4" 225lbs
