My back is causing me more problems, and cant avoid a weight vest this year. I need to get the weight of my lower back.

Any current recommendations? .. or 2nd hand kit? I dont need any lead as will cast my own plates.

I found the omer vest on line, but anything else worth considering. Price is as usual a big factor. Always appreciate the help on the spanish websites :)

Cheers.

sorry to hear about the back problems :( i know that feeling.
Do you use ankle weights? i find them very useful, in conjunction with a vest.

Good call Pav, i'm on the lookout for a vest this season due to similar reasons to yourself. The Omer one is by far the cheapest but is it any good? Whats the deal with weighting options too, can you use soft weights in them?
