A quick question.
I am 80 kg using 5 mm wetsuit. I needt to buy weights.
How many KG's should i go for? (4x2.5kg?)
I can't sink with no weights

The old rule for free diving is one kilo per mm. Good weight to try first for neutral at 10 meters and OK until you dive below 30.

after that, you mught ask yourself what are you gonna do with those weights: spearing? "just" diving"?:head
