Miami has quite a few spearos visiting throughout the year, and most wanna get in on the hunt during their stay....I'm going to try and provide some references for visitors to use, and hopefully get aquainted with Miami (and surrounding areas) and in its pristine waters.

Here are a few weather links I like using to get the scoop on what the gods are stirring

NDBC - Station FWYF1

Miami Beach, Florida (33139) Conditions & Forecast : Weather Underground

Florida Marine Weather, Buoy Reports, Swell & Wind Forecasts, Water Temperature | Buoyweather

weather.com - Boat and Beach Local Tides

these links direct you into Miami and surroundings, I pretty much reference them all since they could vary a bit. The second from top has a 5 day forecast that gives you wind, tempt, conditions

yeah yeah ! & don't forget to contact me, I'm always down to put a 7mm shaft in a fish!

Quite a few questions have come up regarding BNP this sight and accompaning links should fill you in on most of the 411
Biscayne National Park

here is an area map of Biscayne Bay and and surrounding waters Biscayne National Park Map Guide

some confusion exists as to whether spearing and lobstering is legal in BNP this site and accompaning links should provide you with the 411 you need
Biscayne National Park - Fishing and Lobstering (U.S. National Park Service)

http://marinefisheries.org/Regulations/7-03englishregulations.pdf

this thread is work in progress will keep you all posted, and of course any input is welcome...Bienvenidos to Miami!!!
