Weston s mare is an estuary wuth very dangerous tides and thick thick mud.....the water is always like chocolate milkshake!

Just google earthed it quick to see where I was off to and saw pier and headland did look Chocy brown tho ! Ta . Abersoch on the Llyn Friday night I hope. very good vis that way !

I ve only just seen this thread, so sorry if its too late. I live in Weston and there is zero vis all year round. It also has one of the fastest tides in the world so not good for kids. There is a catchment area called marine lake that is not affected by the tide, still brown water but at least its safe for kids. Back onto spearing, you can be in exmouth within an hour from Weston.

No probs been working on retail park for two weeks the sea /estaury is hot chocolate gone cold tho the weathers been great crap for grafting in tho walked all the prom from golf course to old island pier round marine lake and down pier !only fish I got me was fish n chips !back in a few weeks .ta
