If all things are equal, you want to look at the following things: thickness for your waters, 3mm or 5mm, open-cell neoprene (Japanese Yamamoto neoprene is considered the best by many), and how you primarily want to use it. If primarily for freediving, then you may want one without a loading pad and knee pads; if spearing mostly, then you may want those features. Open cell is far warmer than any other, but it's a bit of a bear getting on and off...you need to make sure to use a non-petroleum lubricant beforehand. Once you have all of these things sorted out then it's down to price. Read any customer reviews on each product and good luck!

You might also take a look at our Yamamoto Suits. We have a dedicated freedive suit in Y-45 wihich is black with no pads. This is a super soft and flexible freedive suit.

And we also have freedive Spearfishing suits in two different patterns and 3 different thicknesses. These suits have chest pads, knee pads, knife pocket and are all farmer john pants, with a seam location that allows the user to cut the top off and make low cut pants, if they desire.
