wet suit lube

It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
I use really cheap hair cream rinse and dilute it about 1 part rinse to 3 parts water.

Cheap hair conditioner diluted with water. Use something perfume and acid free.

Hair conditioner works, but irritates some divers skin (mine). Mako makes a good lube. Ain't cheap, but it works very well and doesn't make you smell like a French cat house.

A plastic shopping bag works really well. Put you foot/arm in and it’ll slide straight through. No evil chemicals and you can reuse the bag again and again.

I have seen a long-haired freediver use one for his head. It was a bit disturbing [emoji1]

Hair conditioner ar mix is the way to go. I think it also is good for wetsuits as it seems to keeps your gear from drying out cracking and shrinking, just my observation from using it. Grab those small bottles in motels or resorts, they are free and work great.

Most scuba suits are nylon lined so you would be best served with a dry lubricant like talcum powder.

Not particularly, I have been useing talc for many years and I can’t say I have every noticed anything messy.
