wet suit?

Hi Clark, first thing - its all about warmth; integral hood in the top means no flushing = very important in uk waters. then the double layer over the body = around 10mm of wetsuit, more if you use a vest in winter too. The fit is usually spearo specific, i.e. arms 'up' so less stress on the suit and less stretching of the neoprene = less thinning.
however, a decent surf type wetsuit with seals all round + good flanged hood + 3mm vest could work well too?

thank you for the quick response ive got a 2 mm summer suit that can go under the 5 mm wet suit and a decent hood for when its needed. the one ive got is a good wetsuit nice and flexible and warm so il just keep useing this im sure il need to upgrade sooner or later but it will do for now like you said thanks dude
