Wetsuit beavertail clip

Does anyone know of a beavertail clip that is heavy duty, my Yazbeck failed the first day out.

Any idea why it failed? I had a problem with the screws being loose on mine, but after tightening them down, I never had a problem again.

Mine has lasted well, sometimes a bit hard to get completely through the hole. They are sometimes called "frogs" although I usually call it a toggle (like on a duffel coat).

Yeah mine are still good too. They are difficult to close/open with gloves on though.

You can also get Stainless Steel Twist-Lock fasteners that are tough and reliable, but protrude a little so they are hard on the suit and boat when dragging yourself aboard.

I hate velcro on a suit. Sticks to everything including sand, gloves, and towels.
