Wetsuit or elios smoothskin

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 90 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

I'm trying to decide between a 7 mm 2 peice elios smoothskin, and a 7 mm bare reactive wetsuit, the wetsuit looks way nicer and seems significantly warmer because it uses infrared light, I'm pretty sensitive to the cold as well, I will probably be free diving in waters 35-60 degrees and would much rather stay on the warm side, what would you suggest, and is a 7 mm wetsuit too constrictive for freediving
