Wetsuit re-enforcing

I just got a new Hammerhead wetsuit( only one that I could affort and fit L-Long, I want to tape the seams and glue them on the inside to beef them up there are some spots that look a little fragile. What glue or cement and tape should I use, and where can I find it.

If I were going to tape and glue on the inside of an open cell suit, I would use thin strips of latex with Bostik 3851 adhesive. On a lined suit its possible that you could use a thin synthetic webbing and a different type of flexible adhesive. I would not use cotton tape for obvious reasons associated with deterioration over time. In fact, most taped seams I have come across look pretty stale after a while as they dont flex and bend with the suit as it ages. Decent flexible adhesives can be pricy. I've never used off-the-shelf stuff from hardware stores as often they harden too much over time and try to be all things to all men. In fact, even wetsuit repair glue (neoprene queen, Black witch etc) has a tendency to do this as it ages and becomes less supple.

How weak are these weak areas. What is making you concerned?

Thanks for the response.

I turned the wetsuit inside out and the basic butt joints are good but just applying a little pressure to them they let go, not completely but partially. Nothing is sewn on the inside of the Hammerhead suit. And you can tell the cuts are not the best for the joint. I have seen small round tabs on some suit at a 3 point intersection on some suits. i was thinking a 1-2mm strip 3/4 " wide ,over lapping the joint and use the same glue/cement the company used but have no idea what it is. Or I was considering latex rubber "dip" if its thin enough and it will bond. I would like a glue that is stronger than the material but as flexable.
