Wetsuits - How do size compare Omer Cressi etc?

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.

Need new suit asap. I've a Cressi size 4 which is a good fit. Does anyone know how other wetsuit makes compare? Is a Omer size 4 the same, or do these size guides differ?

Can anyone who has worn both omer, cressi and other brand suits compare please?
