hello everybody
my name is matan and im a beginer freediver from israel.
im looking for my first freediving gear.
im thinking about the Wettie Reef 5mm wet suit and Wettie Reef fins
anyone familier with the product? tryied it or own it?
any info and opinion about it will be great
thank you

I think you'll find that Wettie Reef fins are short snorkeling fins and they won't do the job. What you need are long freediving fins. Check out Cressi 3000LD,s or Mares Instinct series for the right ones. Imersion e:Greens are also a good beginners fin.You don't need expensive, top of the range carbon fins, but a decent pair of thermoplastics will be just fine.
I'm sure the Wettie wetsuits are good. Depending on where you're diving (Red sea?), then 5mm will be a bit thick in summer. I dive the Red Sea in winter with a 3,5mm suit and can stay in the water for hours.

Thanks for the replay!
They do have wettie reef long fins for freediving as well.
About the suit local friends recommended 5 mm for year round use.
Thank you i will look fir the other brands to try them on as well

You're right. I just had another look. They'll be fine.
