Well now today has been excellent!!! after 2 days of fog the sun was bakeing and the sea lovely....so here is my brag!!!!

I have taunted an octopus at 170 meters, seen hundreds of lobster (at the same time), seals, dolphins, shark, numerous fish etc. etc... blah blah blah......but today....

A PILOT WHALE close up!!!!!!

I was not in the water at the time but fingers crossed for tomorrow as it has been hanging around the worksite for a few days.

The past 2 days the group of pilot whales has grown to 3....very cool!!!
Also spotted a pod of dolphins maybe 10 in number which just cruised by, and of course "Sammy "(he has a name now) the seal has been teasing the gulls with his fish which try to get bits of it while he is floating on his back....this is highly amusing!!! as well as all the birds on the bow pushing each other about for landing space....this is hilarious as they keep stuffing up their landings and hitting the deck in a most unceremonious mannerrofl

On the down side, if this lot spill any more oil ............I will be well p"£$$%$d off:rcard :rcard :rcard :rcard :rcard

Sammy must have a good sense of humour! i wonder where on Earth there a hundreds of lobsters, pods of dolphins and now the pilot whales - sounds like a dream place to dive, even if you do that for a living :)
