Hey I bought a seac sub sting 65 and am wondering what size of fish I should be targeting I don't want to injure a fish that I can't land I only have one band on it at the moment but am planning on buying a second.

Depends on things like: rubbers, distance, spear, fish thickness and density. Speargun length is usually chosen based on visibility - the poorer the visibility, the shorter the speargun.

You should be able to spear decent size fish at close range. Use only a single wrap of spearline ;)
